When you receive the KYTO device:

• Open it up from the box and plug it in to charge for about an hour. After the KYTO is charged, download the "Elite HRV" app from your phone.

• Go to the "Biofeedback" tab (should be right next to the "+" sign). Then press on "Custom Breathing" and set the timer for 10 minutes.

• The KYTO device should pair using Bluetooth.

• Once done with your practice, the device may ask you to save, and you can then :

1. Go to the home page and press the profile on the top right corner.

2. From there press "export data" and a link should go to the email you used when first signing in.
